AnyOEM Retrofit"

A sound vessel with dead controls is an asset, not a write-off.

We retrofit CPC onto autoclaves and ovens we did not build — Scholz, Olmar, Taricco, Thermal Equipment, Melco, and machines whose maker no longer exists.

The pressure envelope stays untouched, so there is no vessel requalification. You keep the capital asset and the foundations; you gain recipe control, per-port vacuum integrity checking, modern interlock safety and batch records that survive an audit.

  • No pressure-envelope modification — so no requalification of the vessel
  • Typically 2–4 weeks on site, plannable inside a shutdown
  • Re-survey and SAT included, with a fresh certification package
  • Safety systems brought to current standard — interlocks, over-temperature, relief

The largest composite curing autoclave in the world

ASC designed and built the autoclave that cures one-piece fuselage barrels for the Boeing 787 at Charleston — 30 ft in diameter by 75 ft long. At that scale the engineering risk is not the pressure calculation; it is proving that a charge blocking the vessel's cross-section still sees specification everywhere at once.

7.6 m Internal diameter
22.8 m Working length
1 Fuselage barrel per cycle
