Equipment for every stage of the cure

From a two-metre development autoclave to a production cell under a single supervisory layer — specified around your parts, your throughput and the standard you are audited against.

What we need to quote properly

A useful quotation takes about a week and five pieces of information. A guess takes an afternoon and costs you two years later.

The parts
Largest part envelope, typical batch layout, tooling mass and material. Tool mass drives heat-up rate far more than part mass does, and it is the number most often left out of an enquiry.
The cure cycle
Ramp rates, dwell temperatures and times, pressure profile, vacuum requirements and cool-down limits — for every resin system you intend to run, not just the current one.
The throughput
Cycles per week now and at the volume you are planning for. This decides whether you need one large vessel or two smaller ones, and whether heat recovery pays for itself.
The standard
Which specification you cure to — AMS2750, customer process specs, Nadcap scope — and which approvals the installation itself must satisfy. It changes the instrumentation, not just the paperwork.
The building
Floor area, door and crane access, roof height, electrical supply and cooling water. Most difficult installations are difficult because of the building, not the machine.

Send us your cure cycle.

We will tell you what it takes to run it reliably — including when the honest answer is a smaller machine than you asked for.
